Python Scripting Extension 1.3.0 has been released on March 21st, 2011.

This version of the Python Scripting Extension only supports Opticks 4.6.X. If you want a version of Python Scripting extension for use with Opticks 4.6.X, you must download an earlier version of this extension.

New Features
  • The Python scripting extension will now load and allow you to change the configuration options even if Python has not been installed on your system. No python code can be executed however until Python is installed on your system. (EXTRAS-151).
Bug Fixes
  • The legacy wizard item to execute Python scripts has been removed. Both new and existing wizards should use the Run Interpreter Commands wizard item instead. (EXTRAS-150)
  • Two potential crashes relating to session save and restore have been resolved. (EXTRAS-142, EXTRAS-148)
Supported Opticks Versions
  • This extension is supported in any version of Opticks 4.6.X that is Opticks 4.6.0 or later.
