Bug Fixes
- BAD_BAND information stored in a NITF BANDSB TRE will now be properly marked in the initial subset of bands when loading the NITF data. (OPTICKS-1190)
- When subsetting rows, columns, or bands with the Edit Data Descriptor wizard item, the file descriptor row/column/band list is used as the starting point. This was preventing proper subsetting during import (within a wizard) when the importer selects a proper subset of rows, columns, or bands by default. This subset behavior is now consistent between the import options dialog and the Edit Data Descriptor wizard item. (OPTICKS-1224)

Bug Fixes
- The OpenCV pre-built binary for Linux was re-built and now loads properly on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64-bit (OPTICKS-1223).
